Muay Thai  

Muay Thai is known as the Art of 8 Limbs, also referred to as Thai Boxing. The style uses stand-up striking that makes use of elbows, kicks, knees, punches and various clinching techniques.  Techniques taught are learned quickly and are easily integrated into daily life for the purposes of self-defense and fitness. Muay Thai is widely accepted as the most proficient form of striking for both competition and self-defense.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ is a style of martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting with application of applying joint-locks and chokeholds.  BJJ is based on the principle that a smaller, weaker person can defend themselves against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and proper body position.  BJJ is widely accepted as the most proficient form of ground fighting for both competition and self-defense.

Boxing

Boxing uses stand-up striking that makes use of punches to the body and head. There is a huge emphasis on developing and fine tuning boxing fundamentals. One can expect to learn and develop proper punching techniques, fundamental footwork, proper posture and stance, and conditioning. These fundamentals in boxing will be acquired through boxing routines of jump roping, bag work, speed bag, agility drills and padwork.

5 Rounds MMA Fitness

A strength and conditioning instructor/coach led fitness class.  We incorporate circuits of calisthenics, plyometrics, battle ropes, heavy bag, free weights and more. No 2 classes are the same!

Open Mat

Open Mat is a time in which the doors are open, staff is present and the gym is yours!  Members are able to train in their desired discipline, as they wish.  There is no structured class during this time, but members do work together or on their own in all disciplines.

Competition Training

All of our classes are authentic and equip our students with the ability to compete at a high level, if they choose.  If competing is in your blood, we offer competition style training sessions in Muay Thai, BJJ, MMA and Boxing.  Competitors must follow a strict Code of Conduct.  We understand that competition is not for everyone. Many of our members train just to have fun and for fitness! Not for beginners.
