The Girl Fight Martial Arts & Fitness program has been designed and tested for girls, by girls for over a decade. We take pride in knowing, that no other school, can offer your daughter a female-specific program, like GIRL FIGHT can.

Is your child shy? Does she struggle with ADD, ADHD or Obesity? Do you need help teaching her child about discipline and self-control? Are you afraid your daughter suffers from poor self-esteem, bullying or a bad attitude? We believe it takes a village to help raise a child. We work with parents and families, as a team, to help instill good values, self-respect, discipline, build self-esteem; not just on the mats, but at home, in school and throughout life. 

At Girl Fight, we work with you to get the results your daughter needs to be successful at home, school and in life. We offer age-specific Martial Arts classes, geared towards building listening skills, discipline, confidence & self-awareness. Sessions are 30-45 minutes and include Martial Arts, Cardio, Strength and Endurance training. 


Ages 4-6 years old

Our sessions help develop their coordination, improve concentration, enhance their ability to follow directions, and learn important social skills that prepare them for success in school and life. Our Little Warriors program has its own age-specific curriculum, which keeps the classes fun and exciting. While maintaining a structured, disciplined, and positive learning experience. All youth programs are operated on a belt/armband system. Promotions are based on performance at home, in school and on the mats. At the end of each 5 week course, students will be tested for their armband, if 90% of the course has been completed. This class is by appt only and is a one-one-one class.

Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & Boxing

Ages 7-13 years old

Students learn important skills such as goal setting, sportsmanship, and teamwork.  Promotions are based on performance at home, in school and on the mats. Our students have shown improvement in their focus, listening skills and overall attitude, after just a few months of dedicated training. The technical skills learned in the Young Warriors Martial Arts program improve the student’s confidence, as well as, help them do their best in other activities and sports. Kids Muay Thai classes

Muay Thai, also known as Thai Boxing, is the national sport of Thailand. Not to be confused with Kickboxing. Muay Thai uses the Art of 8 limbs; stand-up striking that makes use of elbows, kicks, knees, punches and various clinching techniques. Techniques taught are learned quickly and are easily integrated into daily life for the purposes of self-defense and fitness. Muay Thai is widely accepted as the most proficient form of striking for both competition and self-defense.

Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) classes

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a style of Martial Art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting, with application of applying joint-locks and chokeholds. BJJ is based on the principle that a smaller, weaker person can defend themselves against a bigger, stronger opponent by using leverage and proper body position. BJJ is widely accepted as the most proficient form of ground fighting for both competition and self-defense.

Kids Boxing classes

Boxing uses stand-up striking that makes use of punches to the body and head. There is a huge emphasis on developing and fine tuning boxing fundamentals. One can expect to learn and develop proper punching techniques, fundamental footwork, proper posture and stance, and conditioning. These fundamentals in Boxing will be acquired through Boxing routines of jump roping, bag work, speed bag, agility drills and padwork.
